Description::

The PT-1000 pan tilt series includes one of the largest pan tilt head in our product line, up to 50 Kg load. The pan tilts are made of aluminum and all fittings are made of stainless steel. The pan tilt units are IP68 water proof, equipped with brakes and a lash <0,20°.
The pan tilt units can be delivered with a selection of options, built-in RS-485 receiver, side mount to increase the load capasity, active internal heater, heavy duty feedback potentiometers, marine coating and color options.

Options:

		Side mount To increase the tilt area or the load capasity, side mount can be selected as an option.

		RS-485 Receiver built-in, Pelco D/P The PT-1010 Pan tilt can be delivered with the option of a built-in RS-485 receiver. The receiver is full function with presets, tours, electronic endstops, AUX outputs for wiper, washer and illumination.

		Internal heater The PT-1000 series of pan tilt can be fitted with an internal heater for surveillance applications in very cold climate.

		Heavy duty potentiometers For extra long lasting feedback potentiometers in CCTV application with a constant moving pan tilt, the pan tilt can be equipped with extra heavy duty potentiometers.

		Reinforce option for vehicle use The PT-1010 pan tilt is available as a reinforced version for extreme use, like on top of a vehicle. The pan tilt without this option is very strong, but the reinforced version of the PT-1010 makes the pan tilt 5 times stronger, due to increse of shaft size, base plate and screw material.

		Marine coating For marine or other harsh environments the pan and tilt can be delivered with a very strong coating to extent the lifetime due to corrosion.

		Color The pan and tilt head can be delivered in many colors and coatings. Color of the unit can be important if pan tilt should blend in the original design of a building, a ship or other applications. The color can also be a factor if the pan tilt should be very visible to work preventive.
